We are hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Account Manager.

Our Account Manager will work on several client projects, to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will work one-on-one over the phone with client’s to help them achieve positive results online. The day-to-day role will also involve client management, customer service, and research with a small sales component.

Details Of The Position:

  • 40 hours a week from our Burlington office. We will provide training and support.
  • Working with clients to help them increase their online presence in a positive manner.
  • Assessing the best way to proceed on client projects while planning and tracking results.
  • Working with clients to fulfill client projects and reaching out to external contacts.
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Providing periodic and timely updates to clients by phone and email.
  • Self-starter and hard working are a must.
  • Ability to multitask up to 25 client accounts and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and polite phone presence when communicating with clients.
  • Proven account management experience is an asset.
